Refund Policy

Try before you buy

You can run full calculations for free without an account or a credit card. We would rather you find out FlowCalc suits your work before paying than rely on the refund window, so please try it first.

How to request a refund

Email hello@flowcalc.cloud with the email address you purchased under, or call +46 (0)704 015 147. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, since Paddle handles payments and returns on our behalf.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle processes them promptly; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within five to ten working days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time under Billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. That is not the same as a refund.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off early, and your calculations stay in place for the remainder of the term.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled beforehand. We email you before a renewal so it is never a surprise.

If an annual renewal charges you unexpectedly, because you meant to cancel or the seat is no longer in use, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. Charging someone for software they have stopped using is not a business we want.

Seats added mid-term

Extra seats added during a subscription period are charged pro-rata to the end of that period. To have fewer seats from the next renewal, tell us before the renewal date. We do not refund partial periods for seats you stop using, but you keep them until the term ends.

Invoiced and purchase-order customers

Where we have invoiced you directly rather than through Paddle, the same 30-day guarantee applies from the start of the licence period. Refunds are made by bank transfer against a credit note. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. This policy is more generous than that and does not limit it. Nothing here affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of our Terms of Service, for example seat sharing or reselling access, or where repeated purchase-and-refund cycles suggest the guarantee is being used as free access rather than as a genuine trial.
