Paying by card

  • Card, PayPal, or another method Paddle offers in your country.
  • Paddle is our reseller. It sends the receipt and an invoice with your company name and VAT number if you add them at checkout, and it handles VAT and sales tax.
  • Checkout opens in the app once you are signed in. Your workspace is on Professional as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Renews each year. Add seats or cancel from the Team & billing page in the app.

Paying by invoice

  • Email hello@flowcalc.cloud with your company name and address, VAT number, the number of seats, a purchase order number if you use one, and the email of the person who will run the workspace.
  • We send a quote if you need one, then an invoice from Control Engineering Sweden Aktiebolag in USD, payable within 30 days.
  • The workspace is switched on when we confirm the order, not when the payment arrives. If that person already uses FlowCalc, their own workspace is upgraded and keeps its calculations.
  • Each year we send the renewal invoice before the paid period ends.

Questions

What is a seat?

One named person. When someone leaves, the seat can go to their replacement. You can add seats at any time; you pay for the rest of the current year only.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. Within 30 days of buying, for any reason. The same applies to a renewal you meant to cancel. Refund policy

What if a payment fails or we stop paying?

Professional keeps working for 30 days after a failed payment or the end of an invoice period. After that the Free plan applies, which is for one person: a team of more than one can still open and print its calculations, but not change them, until it renews. Nothing is deleted.

I already use FlowCalc. Do I lose my calculations?

No. Buying turns your own workspace into a Professional one, and everything in it stays.

Which standards does it implement?

ISO 5167:2003 parts 1 to 4 and ISO/TR 15377. Discharge coefficients, expansion factors and validity ranges follow the published equations.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Full calculations, without an account or a card.
